The apartment is located directly behind Schöneberg Town Hall, with a popular flea market on weekends, next to Rudolf Wilde Park, yet within walking distance of snack bars, supermarkets, and restaurants. It's 250 meters from the Rathaus Schöneberg subway station and bus lines.

Nollendorfplatz can be reached in just a few minutes by U4, as can City West. The public transport connections are ideal for exploring the city.
