Important note since May 25, 2020: We assume that by now everybody is aware of the risk due to the spreading of Corona-19 and consequently of the risk one takes when new bookings are made - especially concerning bookings which cannot be cancelled free of charge or are only partly refundable. With regard to cancellations all bookings are from now on treated as standard bookings in accordance with our guidelines and individual arrangements, a cancellation free of charge for reasons of Corona is not possible.

Check-in from 16:00 – 22:00 hours and check-out until 10:00 hours.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Please take note that especially the usual periods of rest have to be observed, which means from 20:00 hours only room volume and from 22:00 hours only the volume that does not disturb other occupants in any way.

Please take care that no loud conversations take place and neither television nor music is on with windows open.

It is not permitted to have parties in the apartment.

The rate is basically not refundable and we can ask at any time for a prepayment up to the whole amount of the booking.

In any case, a prepayment of at least 35 % is due.

After the booking we send you our banking arrangements by email. The prepayment has to be made within 48 hours after the receipt of this email.

Concerning bookings at short notice (less than 72 hours in advance) we keep the right to send a link to a secure SSL-encrypted website where payment can be made by credit card only.

Further we have the right to reduce the deadline for the money transfer to 24 hours if the booking was made within a week before arrival.

If in case of bookings at short notice we choose the possibility of the payment link we have the right to reduce the deadline for the prepayment to 12 hours.

It is at our decision which variant of payment we choose if the booking takes place at short notice.
