My name is Song. I am an architect relocated back from London 2 years ago. Currently, there is a Mezzanine is available for rent. I stay alone in this loft. if you are willing to long term stay here then you will share the loft with me.

The loft has 3 floors. the entry hall at the ground floor only 7 sqm, which placed a wash machine with dry function in the cabinet, the shoes cabinet at right side of entry door.

A Heritage stair leads to main living space, a open kitchen and dining integrated with the living area. the bedroom next the kitchen where I stay, and the bathroom next to the dining area.

The balustrade free stairs up to the mezzanine where is available for rent. the mezzanine is a open space link to the living area, but you can keep privacy by a curtain. It is a quite generous space with sky light.

The location is very convenient for shopping, F&B and Entertainment.
